Description of Service<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"559\" data-end=\"710\">The NIDS POS System helps businesses manage sales, inventory, staff, reporting, and payments.<br data-start=\"652\" data-end=\"655\" \/>We may update or enhance features without prior notice.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"712\" data-end=\"737\"><strong data-start=\"715\" data-end=\"735\">3. User Accounts<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul data-start=\"738\" data-end=\"916\">\n<li data-start=\"738\" data-end=\"800\">\n<p data-start=\"740\" data-end=\"800\">You must provide accurate information during registration.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"801\" data-end=\"858\">\n<p data-start=\"803\" data-end=\"858\">You are responsible for keeping login details secure.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"859\" data-end=\"916\">\n<p data-start=\"861\" data-end=\"916\">Any activity under your account is your responsibility.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-start=\"918\" data-end=\"947\"><strong data-start=\"921\" data-end=\"945\">4. Payments &amp; Subscriptions<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul data-start=\"1152\" data-end=\"1316\">\n<li data-start=\"1152\" data-end=\"1204\">\n<p data-start=\"1154\" data-end=\"1204\">Subscription fees are billed based on your plan.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1205\" data-end=\"1257\">\n<p data-start=\"1207\" data-end=\"1257\">Payments are non-refundable (see Refund Policy).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1258\" data-end=\"1316\">\n<p data-start=\"1260\" data-end=\"1316\">Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-start=\"1318\" data-end=\"1358\"><strong data-start=\"1321\" data-end=\"1356\">6. System Updates &amp; Maintenance<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1359\" data-end=\"1487\">We may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance.<br data-start=\"1409\" data-end=\"1412\" \/>Downtime may occur; we will try to notify you in advance whenever possible.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"1489\" data-end=\"1522\"><strong data-start=\"1492\" data-end=\"1520\">7. Intellectual Property<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1523\" data-end=\"1661\">All software, content, design, and features are owned by NIDS.<br data-start=\"1585\" data-end=\"1588\" \/>You may not copy or distribute any part of the System without permission.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"1663\" data-end=\"1698\"><strong data-start=\"1666\" data-end=\"1696\">8. Limitation of Liability<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1699\" data-end=\"1723\">We are not liable for:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1724\" data-end=\"1893\">\n<li data-start=\"1724\" data-end=\"1752\">\n<p data-start=\"1726\" data-end=\"1752\">Loss of business revenue<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1753\" data-end=\"1782\">\n<p data-start=\"1755\" data-end=\"1782\">Incorrect user data entry<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1783\" data-end=\"1815\">\n<p data-start=\"1785\" data-end=\"1815\">Third-party service failures<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1816\" data-end=\"1844\">\n<p data-start=\"1818\" data-end=\"1844\">Printing hardware issues<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1845\" data-end=\"1893\">\n<p data-start=\"1847\" data-end=\"1893\">Mistakes resulting from misconfigured settings<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1895\" data-end=\"1933\">Use of the System is at your own risk.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"1935\" data-end=\"1958\"><strong data-start=\"1938\" data-end=\"1956\">9.
