We aim to provide reliable and high-quality services. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be issued for payments made to us.
Subscription payments for using the Car Wash Management System are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins, because:
The system becomes fully active immediately after payment.
Features, modules, and hosting resources are automatically allocated to your account.
However, refunds may be considered only if:
There is a system defect that prevents you from using the service AND
Our support team is unable to fix the issue within 28 business days of reporting it.
If approved, a partial refund may be issued based on unused days of the subscription.
Setup or installation fees are one-time payments that cover:
System configuration
Branding setup
Database creation
Training
Activation
Because these tasks are performed immediately after payment, setup fees are non-refundable.
If you are unhappy with the service, please contact our support team.
We may offer:
Additional training
Feature re-configuration
System review
Refunds for dissatisfaction without valid technical reasons cannot be granted.
If you are accidentally charged twice or experience a billing error:
Report the issue within 7 days of the transaction.
Verified duplicate charges will be fully refunded.
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Cancellation stops future billing cycles.
No refund is issued for the current active billing period.
If you pay through a third-party platform (e.g., mobile money providers or payment gateways), their own refund policies may also apply.
