Sunday & Public Holidays: Emergency support only (via phone/WhatsApp)

Reports & analytics help
Troubleshooting system errors

Our support does not include:
Managing your car wash operations
Staff supervision or business decisions
Physical hardware repair
On-site troubleshooting (unless arranged separately)

Critical Issues (System down) → Immediate priority
High Priority (Major feature not working) → 4–12 hours
Normal Issues → 24 hours
Low Priority / Feature guidance → 24–48 hours
